‘A Star Is Born' Is Being<br />Re-released With New Footage Warner Bros. will rerelease the film<br />in more than 1,150 theaters with<br />12 minutes of never-before-seen footage. It will be available in both the United States<br />and Canada for one week beginning March 1. The additional footage will feature the writing of<br />a new song “Clover,” and various extensions of scenes. It will also show extended performances throughout the movie of the songs “Shallow,” “Black Eyes” and “Alibi.” This “special encore engagement” is<br />in honor of the movie’s success at the 2019 Oscars. ‘A Star is Born’ was nominated<br />for eight awards including best picture. Lady Gaga’s song “Shallow”<br />won the Academy Award for<br />best original song. ‘A Star is Born’ has grossed a total of $426 million worldwide since its October 2018 release.
