Cardi B just confirmed that her and Offset have already tied the knot. <br /><br />Cardi took to Twitter to share the news with her fans in a lengthy note.<br /><br />She started off the note saying that although her life is public, there are things she prefers to keep private. <br /><br />One morning in September we woke up and decided to get married.
