Epic Games Store Introduces Self-Service Refunds

Epic Games Store introduces self-service refunds Epic outlined the new feature in the Epic Games Store's latest development update. It allows gamers to easily get refunds for new games if they decide that they don't like the game or want to buy it from another site. Gamers can easily request their refund by logging into the website and then clicking on the "Account" menu, and then heading to the "Transactions" tab, then selecting the game title and then choosing the "Refund" option. However, there are a few conditions that players have to meet in order to get their refund. Although any game is eligible for a refund if you’ve bought it within 14 days, this is only if you’ve played them for less than two hours. Gamers also can’t get a refund if they have been banned from the game.
