Taylor Swift Star-Studded Music Video for 'You Need to Calm Down'
The music video for Swift’s LGBTQ anthem<br />dropped on June 17, and featured a slew of<br />guest appearances by celebrities. Some of those celebrities are: Ellen DeGeneres,<br />Ryan Reynolds, Laverne Cox, Billy Porter and <br />the cast of Queer Eye. The video also featured a surprise cameo by Katy<br />Perry, who Swift has famously feuded with since 2014. The pair can be seen hugging and dancing<br />at the end of the video, marking the official<br />end to their long-time feud. “You Need to Calm Down” is Swift’s second<br />song from her upcoming album ‘Lover,’ which<br />is expected to be released on August 23. The song's initial release on June 14 triggered<br />an influx of donations to GLAAD, an organization<br />that stands for LGBTQ representation in media.
