Reclama AMLO que se destine mucho dinero para financiar la guerra entre Rusia y Ucrania y no para ayudar a pueblos necesitados

📌 EE.UU. advierte sancionar a empresas que financian a Wagner en África

▶️ Tras la rebelión del grupo Wagner en Moscú y su reciente retirada en esta semana. El gobierno de los Estados Unidos a través del Departamento del Tesoro, señaló que impondrá sanciones contra empresas mineras que financian las actividades del grupo paramilitar en el continente africano.

Asimismo, el portavoz del departamento de Estado, Matthew Miller, indicó que estas sanciones no están relacionadas con la sublevación de Wagner en Rusia, sino con actividades previas de la organización en la región relacionadas al comercio ilícito de los recursos naturales como oro, diamantes y armas.

Por su parte, las empresas sancionadas se encuentran afiliadas con el grupo Wagner a través de acuerdos comerciales para la venta de minerales. Por ello, Miller advirtió que EE.UU seguirá de cerca las acciones del grupo paramilitar tanto en Ucrania y en países del África como Malí, Libia o Centroáfrica.

Hace unos días se volvió a viralizar un tuit que publiqué hace dos años y el economista Juan Ramón Rallo aprovechó para hacer un vídeo al respecto. El tuit en concreto es el siguiente: “Los ingresos de los funcionarios provienen del gasto del Estado, no de ningún impuesto. Eso es un mito para que la gente crea que el Estado es un parásito. Es sólo un mito”. En su vídeo, Rallo me da la razón al reconocer que mi mensaje es técnicamente correcto, aunque eso sí, le acaba dando la vuelta a la interpretación de una forma muy forzada para que parezca que en realidad estoy equivocado. En el vídeo le hinco el diente a este asunto.

(Below we'll discuss sciatic nerve pain as related to the most common cause - a bulged or herniated disc. If your sciatica is coming from a different source, this may not be the best exercise progression for you. You're encouraged to consult with your doctor or physical therapist for an individualized treatment plan.)

As a doctor of physical therapy, spine injuries are the most common condition that I treat.

It seems like at one time or another low back pain or neck pain inflicts all of us. To a degree, almost all of us will experience some degree of low back or neck pain.

Depending on the cause of your low back pain, you may experience the accompanying symptom of sciatica. This  is characterized by pain/numbness/tingling down the back of your leg. It can travel to your glute, hamstring, or (in more severe cases) down into your calf and ankle.

Today I wanted to share with you the best exercises for treating sciatic nerve pain. This method of treatment is it clinically proven and backed by dozens of research studies to be the most effective exercise treatment for a common cause of sciatic nerve pain.

PHASE ONE: LAYING PRONE ON YOUR STOMACH
The simplest way to promote extension through your spine is to lay down prone on your stomach. This will create a natural curve to your back and vertebrae which will push the disc in the right direction. Gravity also works on the disc in this position to draw it closer to the center.

I recommend people start here until they can lay in this position for 2–3 minutes. When this becomes comfortable and there is no increase in your sciatic nerve symptoms, progress to Phase 2. 

PHASE TWO: PRONE ON ELBOWS
Bring your elbows directly under your shoulders and lift your chest up off of the floor. Your hips/stomach should stay in contact with the floor. In this position we promote increased extension through your lower back and draw the disc a little more aggressively back in the place.

Hold this position on your elbows for about 10 seconds, then lower your chest back down to the floor for 10 seconds, then repeat. This prone on elbows extension activity should be repeated 10 times for 10-second holds two times a day.

When prone on elbows becomes comfortable and there is no increase in your leg symptoms, progressed to Phase 3.

PAHSE THREE: HALF PRONE PRESS UPS
Now bring your hands directly under your shoulders. Lift your chest up off of the floor by extending your elbows approximately halfway. Once again, your goal is to keep your stomach and pelvis in contact with the floor and promote extension through your lower back.

Hold this position for 10 seconds and then return to the full prone position with your chest on the floor. Rest 10 seconds and then repeat.

Perform 10 reps of 10 second-holds two times daily.

When Phase 3 becomes comfortable with no increase in symptoms in your legs or pain in your back, progress to Phase 4.

PHASE FOUR: FULL PRONE PRESS UPS
A full prone press up is performed in a similar manner to the half press-up; the difference now is that your goal is to fully extend your elbows. Try to keep your pelvis/stomach in contact with the floor as your extend your elbows fully and raise your shoulders as high as they can go.

Perform 10 reps of 10 second-holds two times daily.

When Phase 4 becomes comfortable with no increase in symptoms in your legs or pain in your back, progress to Phase 5.

PHASE FIVE: STANDING BACK BEND
The standing back bend is performed by leaning over as far as you can backwards from a standing position. This is a little more aggressive than those I previously showed because it is in a weight-bearing posture and you do have to engage some muscles to keep from falling over. However, this is a great exercise to work some of your disc material back into place and minimize those sciatic nerve symptoms.

Try holding this position for 5 seconds, come forward for 5 seconds, and then repeat that 10 times.

Properly treating sciatic pain with the right exercises at the right time can be a very effective, non-invasive form of treatment for these symptoms.

Today Em and the Gang is hiking down into Linville Gorge. We visited the top of the falls and one overlook in part 1 of our trip, now we're going to venture over to the cliffs on the other side of the gorge, and then down into the gorge. The rushing water is amazing. It's so powerful and beautiful at the same time.

For Taylor Anne's 16th birthday, we asked her what she wanted to do. "Go to the mountains!" was her reply. So, off we went - we decided to take her to one of our favorite locations while Mike and I were dating, Linville Falls. It's a beautiful location in Pisgah National Forest. Taylor Anne's birthday was filled with new sights, new favorite places, and some really fantastic views.

The Appalachian mountains are full of beautiful and breathtaking sights. There are fantastic hikes with well maintained trails, the Linville Falls Hike is a wide gravel path for most of the way. There are several overlooks, and some sections of stairs which require you to pay close attention to your footing.

Blaenavon’s paris historic h church, St. Peter’s, is the earliest industrial church in old Monmouthshire. It contains a number of interesting features, which bear witness to the importance of the iron industry in the area.

Amongst the many unique features which can be seen are a cast iron baptismal font, cast iron pillars supporting the balcony, cast iron door sills and a group of five iron-topped tombs in the graveyard. Around the walls of the church the memorial plaques of prominent Blaenavon citizens can be seen, including that of the ironmaster Samuel Hopkins, who, with his uncle and business partner, Thomas Hill of Dennis, built the church in 1804

Michael Feyrer Jr. suggested I go on a hike today! So after I dropped off my daughter at Summer Camp I hike the trails at Mendon Ponds Park. It was a very satisfying hike despite a huge tree that fell over and blocked my path. The events allowed me to reflect on life and how obstacles affect your decisions and then I contemplate if I should let these obstacles in life have so much control over me.

This was Pre-Day 1 of a planned two day hike on the AT South from Wind Gap to Lehigh Gap along the Appalachian Trail in PA. I got up to Palmerton early and met up with Michael Feyrer Jr. to be featured on his channel’s “The Best Hour of My Day” segment. It was a lot of fun being interviewed and taking some B-Roll style video with him. Originally, I had planned to stay in Palmerton at either a Hotel or Hostel. Turned out Kurt Zitzelman, from Kurt Zitzelman Outdoors, was also there early for the weekend hike. So, rather than staying in town, I hiked South to the George W. Outerbridge Shelter to meet up with him too. The parking at Lehigh Gap is excellent, however, the AT markings out of the lot were poor enough that I missed them and ended up taking an alternate route along the road (not recommended). I realized what I had done the next day on the way back and picked up the correct trail, which is equally as precarious with the heavy traffic. The George W. Outerbridge Shelter is well kept and a nice shelter. Be warned, however, the tent sites are pretty poor and there is no Privy! The climb is a short and steep 0.7 miles to the shelter and spring. The spring is tiny but serviceable and was flowing well on this trip.

This is my comprehensive Behind the Scenes video about how we brought 6 Remote Guests into one live stream. This was a Branded Content project I was employed for in August, for which I was Producer and Technical Lead.

The live stream was a preview for the UEFA Europa League Final but the fact it was a sporting event is not really important - there's a lot in this can be applied directly to any live stream production situation where you want to include contributors who are not able to physically come to where you are based. In this current climate of social distancing it's harder for people to travel, even if they want to, so being able to do this easily and reliably is incredibly useful.

We needed to bring 6 guests into one stream to have a six-way conversation. As I state in the clip, the easy solution for this situation would be hosting a Zoom call and capturing that in OBS. That would be easy but a long, long way away from the best solution, not least because the audio set-up is incredibly limited.

Instead, after testing a Skype NDI option into OBS (described in the clip) I opted for vMix as the software platform as this includes vMixcall. This is purpose built to facilitate bringing a remote guest into your production. Usually that will be one person, possibly two. Six was ambitious and I describe the process to make that as successful as possible.

I really think vMix is a superb piece of software but to clarify I have absolute no relationship with vMix. I have simply come across the software and, having used it on paid jobs, I have been very impressed and want to share my experience.

Clarifications
In the clip I illustrate how a vMixcall guest connects via their browser. I did this using Microsoft Edge as it was the first browser I tapped on in my task bar. However it is recommended by vMix that vMixcall guests use only Google Chrome or Safari (if on Macs) to connect. I only used Edge for the screen grab illustration but wanted to be clear on that minor point!

I used the RODE smartLav+ as my mic during the stream with the extension cable (a must for this mic). I usually use this with my smartphone. However I forgot to mention that this requires a TRS (male) to TRRS (female) 3.55mm audio cable converter to work with your PC.
