A tour around the new BBC London studios, 2001

In the summer of 2001 the BBC's radio station for London and it's regional news operation moved into a new centre in Marylebone High Street.

This report by architect Maxwell Hutchinson was the last story on the last full edition of Newsroom South East and looks at the building, the new studios and production facilities.

The Marylebone studios weren't to last too long, BBC London moved out in September 2009 and the building has since been demolished.
