Filipino Puto Recipe masarap at madaling gawin at higit sa lahat kunti lang ang ingredients,
2 cups all purpose flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup white sugar
1 2/3 cups fresh milk or evap or (400g evap or fresh milk)
4 eggs white
1 tsp salt
1. Magpakulo na ng tubig at lagyan ng cheese cloth or lampin ang takip
2. Salain ang flour,sugar,baking powder at salt
3. Haluin hanggang mahalo lahat
4. Ilagay ang fresh milk at haluin ng bahagya wag haluing mabuti
5. Gawing meringue ang white eggs kung walang mixer ok lang ilagay nalang ang white eggs after ng fresh milk.
6. Ihalo ang lahat mg meringue sa mixture
7. Paghaluin mabuti make sure na huwag ma over mix
8. Pahiran ng butter or cooking oil ang puto molder at ilagay ang mixture.
9. Steam ng 10 minutes kung same size sa ginamit ko ang puto molder
15 minutes pag malaki steam lang sa medium heat.
10. After 10 minutes palamigin at ready to eat na

1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
1/3 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Butter (melted)
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Rectangle Cheddar Cheese Pieces (optional)
1. Add eggs and beat well.
2. Add vanilla, butter, evaporated milk and water. Mix continuously.
3. In a new bowl, add flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
4. Make a well in the center and add in the wet ingredients. Mix well until free of lumps.
5. Add shredded cheese and mix well.
6. Pour batter into greased moulds until 3/4 full. Steam at medium heat for 16-18 minutes. Cover with cotton cloth before adding the lid to avoid water from dripping onto the puto.
7. Once cooked, put a slice of cheese on each puto and steam for one more minute.
8. Let the puto cool before removing from the mould. This recipe will make 12 pieces.

1 cup tapioca flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups water
2 teaspoon food quality lye water
3 to 5 pandan leaves
2 teaspoon powder anato seeds or azuete
Boiled 4 to 5 cups of water and add pandan leaves,lower the fire and simmer for 30 minute.after 30 minutes turn off the fire and let it cool to room temperature, add all dry ingredients and 3 cups of pandan water and mix thoroughly then add 2 teaspoon of food quality lye water and mix again thoroughly and then strain the mixture to remove lumps and remove the bubble, add two tablespoon of mixture in the mold and steam for 25 to 35 minutes, remove from the mold and top with grated coconut 🥥 and serve, goodluck pls like and subscribe and share thanks.

3 cups Cake Flour
1 cup white sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup whole milk
8 pcs. egg whites
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp cream of tartar (optional)
slice salted eggs
2pcs. mixing bowl
8x2 round cake pan
Ingredients (serves 10 people)
1-1/2 cups flour,
1 cup sugar,
1 tablespoon baking powder
6 ounces evaporated milk,
½ cup water
2 tablespoons butter melted,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract ,
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Equipment: mini puto molds
1. Prepare lower part of steamer with water and bring to a boil.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix well.
3. Add eggs on at a time and using an electric mixer, beat after each addition. Add milk and beat until smooth.
4. Add water and continue to beat until batter is thin and smooth. Add butter and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
5. Add ¾ of the cheese and stir until combined.
6. Fill molds with batter up to ¾ full. Arrange molds in a single layer on steamer rack and place over steamer.
7. Lower heat to medium and steam puto for about 8 to 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Turn off heat and top each puto with the remaining ¼ cup of cheese. Cover for about 1 minute to allow residual heat to melt cheese.
9. Allow puto to slightly cool before removing from molds.
Special Puto Cupcakes. They are soft, super white and delicious!

4 cups all purpose flour
4 tbsp baking powder

- 250 ml evaporated milk-------------------------- PHP 30.25
- cheese---------------------------------------------------- PHP 72.00
* silicone or plastic molder
1. Combine all dry ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Add wet ingredients.
4. Mix well until no visible lumps.
5. Apply butter or oil in each molder.
6. Pour puto mixture in each molder. Fill 3/4 of the molder.
7. Put cheese on top.
8. Steam for 15 minutes.
9. Wrap lid with cloth to avoid moist and water dripping over the puto.
10. Let it cool before removing from the molder.
* Yield - 35 pieces of Puto Cheese

4 cups rice flour
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 tbsp baking powder
2 cups coconut milk
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup melted butter
Cheese for topping
Food coloring (optional)
1 tbsp. tapioca (optional)
Sift the dry ingredients together.
Add the butter, coconut milk, egg, and water and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Pour the mixture in molds or small cupcake pans.
Put cheese on top of the mixture.
Put the molds in the steamer and steam for 20 minutes.
Remove the puto from the molds.
