Special Mention at Ananda Vikatan Cinema Viruthugal 2019 goes to two women directors Halitha Shameem (10:15) & Madhumitha Sundaram who made their mark this year with Sillukarupatti & KD Engira Karuppudurai Respectively. Best Villain of the year Award goes to "Stun"Siva (15:30) for his Menacing role in Champion.
