Apple Balloons

These unusual balloons turn into apples! Inflate the balloon a small amount, then use a pen or other blunt object to poke the neck of the balloon all the way through the centre of the balloon, until it is inside the thin part of the balloon on the opposite side. Twist a number of times, in order to make sure that everything stays in place, and then push the 'stem' of the apple a little way into the apple, and you end up with a very realistic 'balloon apple.'
