On Tuesday, Selena Gomez and The Weeknd were spotted on a romantic dinner date at Los Angeles hotspot Giorgio Baldi and were later seen outside kissing. An insider tells E! News, "They were there for three hours! Just the two of them. They came out and were so happy." The insider added that the pair had their own personal server while they sat in the back room away from everyone else. Afterwards they packed on the PDA outside while waiting for their cars.
