Asian traders remain active (01.11.2017)

The US dollar is gradually recovering during the Asian trading session, after receiving support from the macroeconomic data released on Tuesday.
The US dollar is growing stronger against the yen, trading at 114.00. Experts suggest that this level may be broken after the publication of the US labor market data and announcement of the results of the Fed’s meeting.
Meanwhile, traders analyze the data from China published by experts from Markit research group and Caixin. It indicated stable growth of business activity in small and medium manufacturing enterprises to 51, which was in line with market forecasts.
However, one indicator is not enough to influence the Australian dollar that depends on China’s data. The aussie/greenback pair is trading at 0.7660.
Now market participants focus on the news form the US. Traders expect the release of Fed’s meeting results, the latest news on Trump’s tax reform, as well as the announcement of a new Fed’s Chair.
However, there are also currencies that do not need support of significant market factors. Today, the New Zealand dollar soared against the greenback to 0.6920.
The kiwi was supported by the labor market data for the third quarter. The unemployment rate fell from 4.8 percent to 4.6 percent, which was the lowest reading in the last nine years.
These data served as a signal to tighten the monetary policy of Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
Experts note that today the reaction of market participants depends on the results of the FOMC meeting. However, investors do not expect any changes, so the US dollar is likely to gradually grow against its counterparts.
