MOVIE TIME AGAIN. Part 4 of our trip here in Asia just arrived.

This is a very small island and you bike around the whole island is just an hour.
That is of course if you don’t stop to look at all the amazing places.

Gili Trawangan is known to be the most lively of the three Gilis. Gili islands is Gili air, Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan.
So for party you would chose Gili T, but this did not apply for our trip. We went during low season and we felt that it was a very laidback and calm island. Though you could get nightlife if you so wished.

We found a hotel called Coconut Garden Resort. It was basically in the middle of the island. With the bikes this was not a problem. The bungalows are amazing and the staff is very helpful.

Our best restaurant recommendation on this island is easily Tiki Grove. You will not find this restaurant by the beach or in signs by the beach. You have to find it but when you do 😍. The owners are amazing, the staff is amazing and so is the food.

The gilis are three small islands close the the bigger island Lombok. The Gilis are Gili Air, laidback island. Gili Meno the romantic one for couples and last but not least Gili Trawangan for backpackers and party people.

Travel is always a good idea.
