Badminton- Attack the net -coaching

From Black Knight, player trains by attacking returns at the net. In this video, the optional low stand allows the Knight Trainer to fire upwards towards the net, simulating pushes or smashes returns.
The Knight Trainer will deliver all kinds of drops, net shots, clears, smashes & drives, and if 2 Knight Trainers are connected they will randomly mix any 2 shots.
