Badminton Grip for beginner - Easy tips
If you want more badminton training content, inspiration and exercises, you can now join Badminton Famly Plus right here: https://plus.badmintonfamly.com/
The grip in badminton is a key element when starting to play for the first time, and also when you improve your level, always have the grip in focus.
But not only beginners can learn from this video, like Rasmus says in the video, he played for 3 years before learning these basic grips. It is SO important in order to do good and hard strokes.
The video focuses on the basic forehand grip, and the backhand grip (the thumb grip for extra power). And also some tips on how to change between the 2 grips.
Focus on:
- Be very relaxed in your arm & fingers
- Train these grips very easy in the beginning with easy exercises, making sure you hold the racket/grip correct.
- Also focus on how to use the wrist the correct way, we made a video about that, find it here: https://youtu.be/WmDl_048fDk
Good luck out there training this.ЁЯТкЁЯП╗
