Footage from the London 2012 Olympics WD bronze match between Wang Xin (China) and Saina Nehwal (India).

The footage demonstrates the footwork pattern required for successful round the head forehand shots. Note for a right-handed player, the launch from the right-hand racket foot, then landing on the left, with the upper body rotation as part of the shot and recovery movement. It is also worth noting (inset) the consistency of body positioning for a successful shot (meaning it needs a lot of practice!).
