Bleaching my Asian Hair with HBC Professional Products + Nintendo Switch thoughts
Check my blog to read about how my hair has been under the bleach before reaching this: https://worldofcosplayercelty.....wordpress.com/2016/1
Here's the most requested tutorial on bleaching using HBC Professional Products. HBC is a huge beauty company here in the Philippines and they have a whole line of professional salon products.
In this video, I am using:
HBC Bleaching Powder (2 sachets at 90 pesos each)
HBC 12% Oxidizing Lotion (1L at 160 pesos - I only used about 100mL)
Tinting bowl (20 pesos)
Tinting brush (17 pesos)
Shower cap (19 pesos)
Food-grade gloves (from Supermarket)
Sorry my make up was a bit messy because I came home from work and I even have a breakout.

Anyway, feel free to ask questions about the process and products. Marunong din po ako mag-Tagalog and Japanese (lol)
