This version of Dylan's ballad "Boots of Spanish Leather" gives me goosebumps. His harmonica is piercing, his guitar is moody, and his voice has an intense and full of genuine longing. This was recorded at BBC Studios in London, England on June 26, 1965. I ripped this off of the vinyl bootleg "GWW - BBC Broadcast," pressed by Trade Mark Of Quality in the early '70's. This is the only surviving recording this number from 1965, and the last time he performed it until the 1988. Enjoy this gem while you can!
