But with beauty businesses gradually reopening around the country with new safety and hygiene measures in place, the rapper is clearly among the many nail-salon regulars who have been eager to return to a manicurist's station — and she shared the results of a bold new manicure on Instagram. The glossy finish shines with the manicurist's light just inches away — Cardi clearly posted the photo before she even left the chair, and the creation seems to have taken all night.
