After seeing my friend @grillnation do some chopped beef recipes, had to make one of my own. Introducing the Chopped Texas Patty Melt. I love a good Patty Melt. While similar to a burger is ingredients, the key difference is that toasted bread and luscious sauce. We will also not be smashing our patties but rather chopping them.
