The story starts in a beach where a girl and her boyfriend discover shoe with a cut feet soaked in blood inside it..Cops get on to their investigation and find out it has been around 72 hours, meaning about three days since the foot has been decapitated and submerged in water
Cops also find from the forensic .. that the foot has been cut very cleanly by a sharp scalpel like object not an ordinary knife!

it being a very expensive brand, while the other team of cops will investigate people who are present on the beach and local hawkers to enquire if they had seen someone suspicious, cops find out that the shoe was bought by a man named manu. As cops reach at that address they find that manu has been missing since the past four days. His father had even lodged a missing complaint after he didnt return since Saturday. His father also tells about a particular pub which manu used to visit every Saturday with his friend named karan. As they reach the pub they find from the manger that kran had an argument with manu leading to which manu walked out of the pub angrily. Meanwhile at the beach cops come to know that a man had visited the beach and was throwing a black bag into the sea. The hawkers shouted at him, while he escaped in a badly dented van. Cops gear up as they unravel about the identity of the white van and its owner
the owner tells he had already sold the van to someone named ketan. He gives an description of ketan. Meanwhile cops interrogate that karan has got no reasons to kill manu. Here ketans mobile phone is traced. As they reach the parking lot they find the same white van stranded .. And ketans mobile phone , with the sim missing. Here cops again find an black bag and an disembodied feet again into it. Here cops understand that there is a vicious serial killer on strike who is cutting only the feet of people that too who ha partial paralysis. Cops trace the whereabouts of the other two victims harpreet and vikas. An interesting connection is found. All three victims find that all three had got a phone call for one minor operation
