Since conceding the election, Hillary Clinton has kept a very low profile. Howver, she stepped into the public eye to make a surpise appearance at the UNICEF Snowflake Ball. Clinton presented her campaign advocate Katy Perry witht he Audrey Hepburn Humanitarian Award. (Sound Bite) In her speech, Clinton added that Perry is "someone whose powerful voice and creative lyrics remind us when you get knocked down to get back up."
