Kitchen Hacks | Short-rib and Campari

Slow cooked shortrib served with salsify, campari, sautéed King oysters, caramelised shallots, red amaranth and beef jus

NOTE: This plate is served hot, the gelatine coating the short rib is heat resistant. My apologies for not having included it on the video.

Hello, Foodies!

This plate is not from a michelin star restaurant, but I have learned plating techniques and molecular gastronomy while working on michelin star restaurant. This food hack, guess it could be called a kitchen hack or even a cooking hack, is meant to show the preparation going behind some fine dining restaurants, including michelin star ones. Note that I am just a cook sharing my cooking technique learnings, I am not doing it to try and be like michelin star chef such as Gordon Ramsay.
But if you want to follow the path of a michelin star chef like Gordon Ramsay, you could learn a few things from this cooking, food, kitchen, plating hack.
Hope you enjoy this cooking hack. Or is it kitchen hack. Should I call it food hack? Or on a last thought it could be a DIY. Why not. I think it should be a DIY. What you think about DIY.
Make your life easier by saving this recipe. So you can do it yourself in your life this recipe. A cooking recipe that could be the recipe for your cooking.
There are two plating food videos after the preparation.
Enjoy the food hacks. Maybe it is a cooking hack. Or is it a kitchen hack?
Enjoy the cooking tips, tricks and recipe. Stay tuned for more recipes, cooking hacks, food hacks, kitchen hacks, cooking tricks, recipes and michelin star inspired recipes and plating
