Hello, Foodies!
This plate is not from a michelin star restaurant, but I have learned plating techniques and molecular gastronomy while working on michelin star restaurant. This food hack, guess it could be called a kitchen hack or even a cooking hack, is meant to show the preparation going behind some fine dining restaurants, including michelin star ones. Note that I am just a cook sharing my cooking technique learnings, I am not doing it to try and be like michelin star chef such as Gordon Ramsay.
But if you want to follow the path of a michelin star chef like Gordon Ramsay, you could learn a few things from this cooking, food, kitchen, plating hack.
