Here are my tips:
1. Choose healthy foods
2. Move more and exercise
3. Lose excess weight
4. Get regular check-ups
5. Keep your blood pressure and cholesterol levels under control
6. Live a clean life. Avoid smoking and drugs.
7. Care for your feet
