Note: This set often posted in conjunction with May 22, 1970 and often listed as Summer 1970. Summer 1970 is incorrect as Madman Across the Water was not released until 1971. Some sites say date was Summer 1971, specifically 08-12-1971. However, Eltonography site shows Elton in tour in Portugal that date. Other sites indicate the date was 12-08-1971, which seems more likely as Elton was in the UK on tour at that time, having played shows in Croydon on 12-5 and Newcastle on 12-10.
