Grilled NY Strips with Garlic Chili Sauce is insane!!! 🥩🌶🌿🔥
Been really craving some Grilled NY Strips lately, as they are one of my favorite cuts to cook over fire. Decided to do a quick dry brine on these steaks to help retain moisture and get a nice crust. Grilled over the flames until they hit 120F internal, I’ll pull them off and let them rest. Going to use this Garlic Chili Sauce which is based on Crying Tiger Sauce.
