Whole Lobster grilled with a Citrus Herb Butter over the fiyah! 🦞 🍋 🌿 🔥

Throwback to when I got some fresh lobster directly from Maine. I did not waste anytime cooking up a lobster recipe with these Whole Lobsters in a Citrus Herb Butter! I grilled them over the fire for about 3 minutes per side. Started meat side down then flipped them over to the shell side. Had a skillet full of a citrus herb butter sauce that I basically drenched over the lobster so that they poached inside their shell full of sauce. This was such a delicious recipe. Try it out below! 🍻👍

Lobster:
- 2 Whole Lobster, split lengthwise & cleaned
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- Oil

Butter:
- 1.5 sticks of Butter
- 2 tbsp of Parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp of Cilantro, chopped
- 4 Garlic Cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp of Scallions, chopped
- 1 tsp of Serrano Peppers, chopped
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 Lime, juiced

Instructions:
1. Lather lobster with oil on meat and season using sea salt and black pepper. Set in fridge until ready to grill
2. Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature (about 350F) for direct cooking.
3. Add a skillet to the grill and mix all ingredients for butter in it. Let melt and sizzle over fire for 1 minute.
4. Add your lobster tails, meat side down, to the grill and cook for about 3 minutes per side. Flip lobster over and top with butter sauce. Let cook for an additional 3 minutes or until it reaches 135F internal.
5. Once done, pull lobster off and let rest for 1 minute. Top with leftover butter sauce if desired, and enjoy!
