open console. type these things:
sv_cheats 1 (activates cheats)
host_timescale # (changes the speed of the game: less than 1 = slower, greater than 1 = faster)
cl_phys_timescale 0.05 (changes the speed of deaths: mid-slow 0.5 stop time 0.0 super-slow 0.1)
