Halsey Announces 2020<br />'Manic' World Tour The "Without Me" hitmaker will<br />kick off the Manic World Tour in<br />Madrid, Spain, on February 6. She will play several shows throughout Europe<br />before kicking off the U.K. and Ireland leg of<br />her tour in Glasgow, Scotland, on March 7. From there, Halsey will head to London,<br />England, and Dublin, Ireland, before ending<br />her tour at the Manchester Arena in England. 'Manic' is set to be released on<br />Jan. 17 2020, and will be her third album. Although she has yet to name the<br />album's concept, Halsey did recently<br />describe 'Manic' as her "angry album,"<br />saying she was "closing a chapter." Halsey, via 'Billboard'
