Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has come out with a new innovative way to coerce the Delhiites into accepting his odd-even plan.. he's posted alarming pictures showing lungs of a man in Himachal Pradesh and that of a person in delhi... the comparison shows lungs of a Delhiite half black.. vis a vis completely pink and healthy lungs of the resident of Himachal resident..
