HYPER ACIDITY: Tips and Remedies

1. Eat some food every 3 to 4 hours. Don’t skip meals as this may cause the acid to erode the stomach lining.
2. Try to eat half a banana, as this helps in coating the stomach.
3. Drink 3 or 4 sips of water every 30 minutes to help wash out stomach acid.
4. Try to eat more bland foods. And try to limit spicy foods, sours foods and even junk foods like chips or tacos. It depends on the person, but I would avoid them.
5. Try to reduce stress if possible.
6. Try to eat slowly. After eating, you may take a walk for around 10 minutes or so to help in the digestion. Good luck.
