Two years on from a renowned case over the rape of a young girl, the Chadian justice system is still weak when it comes to punishing the perpetrators of violence against women. This is evidenced by the case of Hawariya, 16, who is preparing for an appeal trial on Wednesday against her husband, found not guilty of having kidnapped her.<br />
