Trump Tower is a 58 story skyscraper located on Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The tower was developed by Donald Trump and the Equitable Life Assurance Company and designed by architect Der Scutt of Swanke, Hayden Connell.

The tower was completed on November 30, 1983. The Trump Tower is the 52nd tallest building in New York City. The building's public spaces are adorned with Breccia Pernice, a pink white-veined marble. Brass and mirrors are used extensively.

The five level atrium has a waterfall, shops, and cafes. The atrium is crowned with a skylight. In 2006, Forbes Magazine valued the tower at $318 million. Trump Tower is the setting of the NBC television show The Apprentice. It is also the official residence for the winners of the three beauty pageants that are co-owned by Donald Trump, Miss Universe, Miss USA and Miss Teen USA.
