Is Katy Perry JonBénet Ramsey?

In the past 24 hours a video posted to YouTube in 2014 has gone viral. In the video, its creator, Dave Johnson, proposes a perplexing conspiracy theory, claiming that pop icon Katy Perry isn't who she says she is. He says she is the grownup version of the presumably deceased child beauty pageant starlet, JonBenet Ramsey. Johnson went so far as to say, "JonBénet Ramsey became Katy Perry. That’s a fact."
