Dear Youtube,

We DID NOT repurpose someone else’s content.

We are perplexed and confused that a company that we distribute our content to (meaning, they receive it from us) has two Youtube channels that monetize, AsianCrush & K-Crush (we know this, as they share their Youtube revenue with us), but you block us from monetizing. We actually produce original web dramas and/or partner with those that do, while AsianCrush & K-Crush do not produce original content.

Therefore, this is obviously an uninformed mistake by someone on Youtube’s review team to allow AsianCrush & K-Crush, both a DMR entity, to monetize their channel, while 12ENT that produced the original content or have the first-order distribution rights is not allowed to monetize. We hope you correct this mistake in short order. Thanks!
