So this is going to be a debate in the comments about Kpop and culture vultures. I've been a fan for over a decade and it is just sad to see that black people and other people of color, aren't getting the shine they deserve in kpop.
Some say Kpop is showing appreciation. I disagree with that. If they were appreciating, then why is it that only Asians can be Kpop idols? And anything other than that, it disregarded? I speak about the BIG Kpop companies, the Plus Global Auditions, and how it seemed they were only looking for Asians according to their promo video on their instagram account. Also I speak about an ignorant video of Wendy from Red Velvet of how she was acting and speaking like a stereotypical black woman.
