Color Recipe:
Plane the slab
Ensure the moisture content of the slab is under 13% with a moisture meter
Dremel out the imperfections in cracks and crevices
Sand slab with metal fiber sanding disk
Tint superior polyester with SCC Ocean Blue metallic powder
Fill cracks and crevices with tinted superior polyester
Sand off excess polyester with 80 grit sand paper
Belt sand with the grain with 80 grit sand paper
Seal bottom of slab with Superior polyester
Sand Top and edges with Random orbital sander 150 grit then with 220 grit
Mix SCC epoxy and squeegee on seal coats (3 seal coats)
Torch
Sand surface with 220 grit sand paper or a maroon scotch brite pad
Mix SCC epoxy for the flood coat
Pour, trowel, and chop the surface
Brush edges well
Torch
