Story of a courteous Police Inspector, Rane, intent on arresting the notorious gangster P.C. Mathur, but finds himself on trial for murder and sentenced to seven years behind bars, by being wrongly framed for the murder by Mathur. Later Rane becomes an underworld operator known as Rana, wanting to seek revenge on Mathur and killing him. He hires Jai to kill Mathur but Jai mistakenly kills somebody else. Jai now feels guilty and decides to gives up the life of crime. It is now up to Rana to fulfill his quest, but he first needs to avoid being killed by Mathur's gang! Watch movie to find out.
