EDSA Night Operations of the MMDA.

I went to make a video about how the MMDA operate pumping stations to deal with flooded roads, but the rain stopped and I was unable to get the footage needed.

So instead I joined a roving team that operate 10PM - 6AM from EDSA Balintawak to EDSA Pasay.

Their primary concern is clearing any obstructions on EDSA, such as illegaly parked vehicles, illegal terminals and so on.
