I have eaten lobster rolls back home in America and they were delicious that I decided to make my own version of a lobster roll. #kiwiinsaigon #ameliainsaigon

Ingredients

2 1 1/2-2lbs whole lobsters
2 sticks of butter
2 tbsp mayonaise
Salt added to boiling water
2 French roll or baguette
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon or lime
1 English cucumber, peeled and cut lenthwise
1 whole avocado
1 bunch of Leaf lettuce
