My views on Folk Magic VS Ceremonial Magic

There are many debates between which "type" of magic is more powerful, "better", etc. I know a lot of people who don't realize there is a difference between the two so I thought I would give my two cents. I am not an expert on ceremonial or folk magic so your thoughts are most welcome as well as any information you would like to supply me with.
