The Las Vegas Raiders need to improve the offense and defense at many positions if they want to compete with the defending Super Bowl champs in the AFC West. When this video was made the Raiders had $54 MM in cap space with ranks 12th in the NFL so they do have money to sign players but might also have to look for some discounts. One way to find some players on a discount is by signing a player who has been cut by their former team in order to save cap space.
