Inspired by PHIST 2019 (Phuket Hotels for Islands Sustaining Tourism) and the quest to reduce landfill and ocean pollution from plastics, The Plastic Wrappers, a quartet of multi-generational rappers, give a twist of sustainability to the 1979 classic Rappers Delight.

Music: Rappers Delight is a 1979 hip hop track by the Sugarhill Gang which included sampling of Nile Rogers’ Chic Good Times.

As an homage to the original and lending their voices to raise awareness of single-use plastics are; Marissa Jablonski, live and direct from Washington DC; Bill Barnett, Hip Hop Hero of C9 Hotelworks; millennial comedy magician, Charles The French; and old skool David Barrett.
