The climber who scaled the exterior of Trump Tower in Manhattan has been identified as Michael Joseph Ryan, 19, from Virginia. His family lives about 20 miles from Washington, D.C. The slow-motion drama started around 3:30 p.m., as he ascended using suction cups that he apparently purchased for around a $100 each. It turned into a game of cat and mouse but after three hours, police finally pulled him into a window they broke on the 21st floor.
