Speaking and listening assessment
The speaking and listening assessment consists of a 15-20 minute conversation that will take place at TfL offices.

The assessment will be undertaken by a secure video or telephone link to our service provider, PeopleCert, and it will cost £36 when taken for the first time and £16 for a re-sit.

As a listed SELT Preparation Registration Centre Hamlets Tarining centre is preparing for A 2-skill (Speaking & Listening) exam in English, aligned to the B1 level of the CEFR*for individuals who are applying to Transport for London (TfL) to become a licensed London private hire driver or for existing licensed London private hire drivers who are required to meet the English language requirement.
