In this video I show you a Mega Set solo squash practice routine that uses a Core routine which is alternated by 5 other solo practices.

FULL DETAILS:
This creates not only a great physically demanding workout, but also allows you to improve your game too.
Split into 9 sets, 4 both forehand and backhand and one that combines them both, this routine can last between 20 to 60 minutes.
I recommend starting with 30 shots for the Core element and around 20 for the others.

ABOUT THE VIDEOS:
