Jerico is a composer, recording artist and major label published songwriter with Grammy nominated credits. His gothic / vampire punk alter persona Jerico Of The Angels gained international media attention in the 1990s, spawned by his appearance on the cover of the New York Times. He now is had created his own sound of electronic music by blending original classical compositions with dance music.

ABOUT STAR FLUX :
BRIGHTNESS = FLUX
• FLUX : The Flow of a Physical Property in space, frequently with time variation.
• Star Flux : To find the flux, we take our detector ( EYES, Camera etc ) at some particular distance from the star and measure the light passing only through the detector. How bright a star looks to is determined by its flux, not its luminosity. Brightness = Flux.

Jerico :
After I had recorded the vocals for " STAR FLUX" , friends and I would listen back to the record and the first person that came to mind was Rihanna. I could definitely hear her singing this song...
I liked the finished product so much I decided to include it on my CD which up to now were only instrumentals. The final CD ended up with both the instrumental and vocal version of the song.

The Video I created, really just called for me singing it to the camera... I wanted mostly close ups to get that intimate feel that the intimate vocals of the song called for. I drew upon the scientific meaning of STAR FLUX, and wanted to represent the light of the person I am singing to so bright you can see it on my face, flaring up, moving across, dimming then bursting again... that's why you see the different levels of brightness and over exposure I used on my face to create this effect. I also used the idea of astral projection, to give myself an almost spirit like extraterrestrial, sometimes transparent quality among the stars.--- it is my astral body !
