Couple years ago I met John Relihan at The Big Grill Festival. We developed a burger just for fun that was a double bacon cheese burger with sliced picanha, chipotle mayo and chimichurri. Since he is in Dublin and Iām in Nashville, I had to recreate a massive version to tell everyone in Ireland to go try it! Grilled some picanha and burger with bacon on my grill and seasoned with my Tennessee Smoke spice from Spiceology. Made some homemade chimichurri and chipotle mayo to go on top with some sharp cheddar cheese for the burger patties. Prepped and sliced with these super sharp Living Steel knives. Definitely a big burger.... but totally worth having. Go check it out and enjoy! š š„ š„© š„
