The Woman Behind Trump Tower
Is Donald Trump a sexist? His controversial comments about abortion have outraged women across the country, but what's it like to be a woman working for the Donald?
Sibile interviewed Barbara Res, a former executive vice president of the Trump organization, to get her insight into what it's like to work for Trump. Barbara helped build Trump Tower and renovate the Plaza hotel.
Res says she was one of the few women in the male dominated field of construction.
"He liked me, I spoke up. I was one woman with all these men. I was able to hold my own and it impressed him and his wife Ivana," said Res.
Their relationship has since soured and she would not vote for Trump as president.
"He doesn't have the vocabulary, he doesn't come across as someon presidential, scholar, statesman, he's a business man, an in the gutter guy and that's what people like about him," said Res.
