9 - Peter Woodcock
Just be warned, what youre about to hear is going to be repulsive. At age 15, Peter Woodcock was riding his red and white Schwinn bicycle all over Toronto, leading an imaginary band of 500 invisible boys called the Winchester Heights Gang, and ually assaulting young children.
In 1956, at age 17, Peter went for a bike ride and met Wayne Mallette, a seven year old boy, who he lured away and strangled. Waynes body was found the next morning, with his face pressed into the dirt and bicycle tracks running over him. Peter had taken off the boys clothes and then re-dressed him, and also threw pennies around the corpse.
Twenty-one days later, on October 6, 1956, Peter picked up 9-year old Gary Morris and gave him a ride on his bike to Cherry Beach, where he strangled and beat him to death. A bite mark was found on Morris throat and paper clips were strewn over him. Again, the body had been undressed and redressed.
Three months later, the bike riding Peter Woodcock struck again, this time offering a ride to 4-year old Carole Voyce, who he choked, ually assaulted and murdered by forcefully inserting a tree branch into her genitals. This time witnesses saw Peter riding away from the scene and a sketch artist drew a picture of Peter that ran on the front page of the Toronto Star.
He was arrested two days later and confessed to all three crimes. The court confined him to the Oak Wood maximum security mental health facility, where they tried for years to cure him with LSD treatments and personality altering therapy designed by a former CIA interrogations expert. The treatments apparently didnt work.
By 1991, Peter had changed his name to David Michael Krueger and made friends with an Ottawa killer named Bruce Hamill, who had been released from prison earlier, and was now working as a guard at the max security mental health facility. Peter, or now known as David, convinced Bruce Hamill to help kill another inmate, Dennis Kerr. On July 13, 1991, Bruce signed out Peter on his first day pass in 30 years. They met Dennis Kerr in the woods nearby where Peter struck Kerr in the head with the pipe wrench. The two friends stabbed Kerr and cut off his head. Then they stripped themselves naked and sodomized the bloody corpse. Peter turned himself in and died in confinement. Ugh.
8 - Cayetano Santos Godino
Cayetano Santos Godino was sixteen years old when he first started killing. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1896 into a large and abusive family, Godino killed cats and birds even as a child, and he also loved fire. At seven, he beat a two-year old and threw him in a ditch. A year later he beat a neighborhood girl with a stone, but was released from prison because of his age. When he was ten he was jailed for two months for compulsive masturbation. And guess what. He was turned in by his own parents.

Godino set many fires in order to quote, “watch the firemen fall into the flames.” In January, 1912, he killed his first victim, a boy named Arturo Laurona who was thirteen years old. Police had no suspects at the time. In March, Godino set fire to a five-year old girls dress and she died from her injuries. He also burned a railway station in September, and in November he tried to choke an 8-year old boy. He was charged with attempted murder, but was released until trial, which was time enough to strike again. Godino assaulted a three-year old girl, but ran away when police approached.

After two more fires in December 1912, Godino lured 18-month old Jesualdo Giordano away from his home and took him to a country house where he tied and beat the toddler. He left the house looking for a nail and even met the boys father, who was looking for his son.
