Two runners in one day

Unfortunately I didn't capture the Ferrari on camera when it sped away while the enforcer was asking for his license. And I was unable to secure permission to use the footage that was captured by a local TV network.

On the News it was reported that the Ferrari driver was ticketed for illegal parking and disregarding traffic sign. That's incorrect. The ticket was illegal parking, obstruction, reckless driving.

Some people asked why the motorcycle was impounded but the Ferrari wasn't. When the motorcycle rider was stopped, he was unable to show a drivers license. That's why his bike was impounded. The Ferrari driver had his license with him.
